  • NI-9231 and cDAQ-9171 USB Sound and Vibration Measurement Bundle

    865665-01 - NI

NI-9231 and cDAQ-9171 USB Sound and Vibration Measurement Bundle - The USB Sound and Vibration Measurement Bundle with NI-9231 and cDAQ-9171 includes the NI-9231 C Series Sound and Vibration Input Module and the cDAQ-9171 CompactDAQ Chassis for sound and vibrations measurements. This bundle provides a portable, USB-based sensor measurement system that helps you measure signals from integrated electronic piezoelectric (IEPE) and non IEPE sensors such as accelerometers, tachometers, and proximity probes. The included NI-9234 features 8 channels with built-in anti-aliasing filters that automatically adjust to your sample rate. Additionally, the bundle supports simultaneous sampling and high dynamic range measurements necessary for modern measurement microphones and accelerometers.

  • IO-Link

    Analog Devices Inc.

The IO-Link® interface simplifies communication to smart sensors and actuators, combining signaling with power-over-cable technology. It has become one of the key devices as industrial automation systems are growing more interconnected and intelligent to accommodate demands for centralized control and optimized production. Analog Devices implements both device PHY and master PHY interfaces (COM1/COM2/COM3). Designing with harsh industrial environments in mind, the master 4-port IO-Link power and communications interface, as well as the IO-Link transceivers featuring Integrated Step-Down Regulators and LDO with ±60V cable interface protection provide the required ruggedness. Optimum EMC performance is achieved with adjustable current limit and slew rate transmitters. Automatic wake-up request (WURQ) generation and an output supply current boosting capability for device startup are also available. Additional components integrate a 300 mA step-down (buck) regulator and a 150 mA LDO to supply all the power required for internal electronics in an connected sensor or actuator.

  • Clock Drivers

    Pulse Instruments

Multiple timing signals ("clocks") are required by CCDs, IR FPAs, and some CMOS image sensors to transport electrical charge across the array to a sense amplifier for conversion into image data. Pulse Instruments offers a line of "clock drivers" for generating these timing signals. The parameters of these clocks (clock rate, pulse width, pulse amplitude, rise- and fall-times, etc.) greatly influence the behavior and performance of the imaging device. Our products take logic-level inputs from a pattern generator and allow the user to adjust the output parameters to suit their device and testing requirements. Clocks can be "tweaked" in real-time to determine optimal operating parameters for a particular device, or else programmed in accordance with a test plan for automated production test.

  • Machine Vision Camera - 0.4 MP, 291 FPS, Sony IMX287, Color

Blackfly S GigE - Teledyne FLIR

The Blackfly® S leverages the industry’s most advanced sensors in an ice-cube form factor. It is packed with powerful features enabling you to easily produce the exact images you need and accelerate your application development. This includes both automatic and precise manual control over image capture and on-camera pre-processing. On-camera features including IEEE1588 clock synchronization and full compatibility with popular third-party software supporting GigE Vision, gives system designers the tools to quickly develop innovative solutions. GigE models featuring Lossless Compression (LLC) are also available with higher maximum frame rates and lower bandwidth requirements, helping maximize output without compromising image quality. The Blackfly S is available in GigE, USB3, cased, and board-level versions.

  • FD-11601, 8-Channel, ±10 V Powered-Sensor Voltage Input Device for FieldDAQ

    786374-01 - NI

The FD-11601 measures up to eight channels with a voltage input range of ±10 V. Each input channel supports TEDS and provides 24 V DC to power external-powered sensors without additional power supplies. The FD-11601 features 24-bit resolution, simultaneous sample rates up to 100 kS/s/ch, and channel-to-channel isolation. It is IP65/IP67 rated to be dust-tight and water-submersible, operates in -40 °C to 85 °C environments, and can sustain 100 g shock and 10 g vibration. The FD-11601 incorporates Time Sensitive Networking (TSN) and features an integrated network switch and built-in power circuitry for simple daisy chaining. You program the FD-11601 with NI-DAQmx, which automatically synchronizes multiple FieldDAQ™ devices. The FD-11601 is ideal for test cell and outdoor environments.

  • Analog Input Products

    Acces I/O Products, Inc.

Analog input boards are useful for measuring variably changing conditions in the real world. When we want to measure these variably changing conditions, we need analog inputs to convert these changing real world conditions to changing electrical quantities. For example, monitoring the temperature inside a wood kiln, or the water pressure on the output of a pump, or the heart rate of a medical patient. In each of these cases, you can use one of our analog input devices to convert the electrical data from a sensor or transducer into binary data that can then be used by your computer. The device that converts this data is known as an analog to digital converter (abbreviated ADC, A/D, or A to D). An analog input is a measurable electrical signal with a defined range. The analog input changes continuously in a definable manner in relation to the measured property. This data is very useful for process monitoring, process control, or simple monitoring / data collection and acquisition. ACCES' analog input boards amplify and multiplex input signals from thermocouples, strain gauges, accelerometers, photo sensors, flowmeters, RTDs, thermistors, voltage sources, millivolt sources, and current sources, just to name a few.
